HADOPI II law adopted
The HADOPI II law was finally adopted on September the 15th by the Assemblée Nationale. Guess what? My local representative, who wrote recently a very nice letter against this project, voted in favor of this law.
This is not a real surprise, as it has also happened with the HADOPI I law last May, but this time, I will take the time to write him a letter to express my feelings.

That very paradoxal sentence makes me wonder about the way these people see their participation in the democratic debate…
A “volontary absentention”, give me a break, it means that there is a “unvolontary absention”… No, the guy must have added that because he sees his absention has a way to express his opinion about the law..
And then, when absentionism during public elections raises they make a fuss about it. Not a surprise in fact, the public just has the same way of expressing his opinions…
