reprepro 0.8 backport uploaded

I have uploaded reprepro 0.8 backport for Sarge a few minutes after Bernard R. Link uploaded the new source to the official archive. At the time writing this post, reprepro 0.8 is still in the incoming queue.
I was waiting this version which introduced native bzip2 compression, as well as a new function to remove empty and unused folders in pool.

I renewed the interface to apt-file-parser to include a list of packages contained in the stable branch: http://packages.kirya.net.

I took quite the same stylesheet for the mailing-list archives, which have been moved to http://lists.kirya.net/debian/.
